What it invests in

Idealab.ai, Inc. Investing at a 20% discount is available October 6-16. On October 19, the company's round opens and the discount won't be offered.

Allocation

The SPV has reserved the right to invest up to $5M.

Fees

2% annual management fee for 10 years (20% total), taken from your commitment, so about 80% of each dollar is invested. The general partner receives a 20% carried interest on profits.
